Q: The connection on my Mophie Juice Pack seems reversed. Is this correct?
A: Yes, the 30 pin dock connector on the Juice Pack is inverted. You will need to turn the charging cable over before inserting. It may appear backwards, but it will fit. Please do not attempt to force the cable into the 30 pin connector as it may damage the connection.
Q: Can I sync my iPhone 3G whilst the Mophie Juice is connected?
A: You can charge and sync your iPhone 3G to iTunes without removing it from its juice pack via the included usb cable.
Q: How many times can I recharge my Mophie Juice Pack?
A: The juice pack is rechargeable for over 500 full cycles. Partial cycles don’t count as full. So, you can charge your juice pack 10% of the way 10 times before it counts as a complete cycle.
