"Several days ago I had a problem with my Mophie Juice Pack and e-mailed Nikki in a panic as I really needed the extra battery life on my iPhone for a trip to Vietnam coming up less than a week away! Nikki responded within an hour giving me options for assessment and repair/replace. I couriered the phone back to her and two days later (from Perth on the other side of the country) I had a replacement unit ready for the trip!!!
Nikki kept in contact and let me know what was going on, even making sure someone would be home to sign for the package. The customer service at FunkyCoverz just rocks it is beyond that which you could expect or that which I have ever experienced before!!!

It does make the player a bit bulkier when clipped to my running shorts, and it isn't as easy to track up and track down and adjust the volume anymore, but if it helps save the Shuffle from the elements and my sweat (I train hard) then that's a good thing."

The two-pack STM iPod Nano holsters are great, I purchased them for when we walk on the beach. Not only are they water retardant, they're also padded to ensure no damage if we drop them... They fit the bill perfectly.
As for the STM iPod Nano Cocoon, we were looking for a solid case that would protect the iPod when travelling, but we also wanted a belt clip. We searched the web for hours and found plenty of solid cases but none had the belt clip (unless you wanted to pay $90+). Then we found your site which seemed to have what we wanted at a very realistic price. To our delight we found that the cocoon is just perfect; it is very light and came with the clear silicone skin which helps encase the iPod securely in the cocoon - no movement at all. We would have to literally jump on the case to cause any damage. It's great....
