How do I Make a Purchase?
The E-Commerce solution built into this site uses advanced Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Each Product Order page shall provide you with an option to "Add to Cart". As you make selections to purchase, the Shopping Cart is automatically updated. You can always view your progress. The prompts for adding, subtracting and reviewing your purchases are clear, just follow the onscreen instructions.
Remember, until finalised, all orders are tentative. You can remove items or adjust quantities before finalising your order.
What Payment Options can I Access?
Payment must be received at the time of purchase (PayPal) or immediately after purchase (Direct Deposit).
Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal with either Visa, MasterCard, or your own Debit Account (for PayPal account holders only). PayPal is a highly secure independant merchant with more than 100 million members worldwide. What's more, you're not charged extra to pay by credit card and you do not need to have a PayPal account to effect payment.
By using a Credit Card for your purchase, you assert and represent that you are the authorised cardholder of the card, bound by the terms and conditions of the card issuer, with full authority to create a binding contract for the sale.
We also offer Direct Deposit for our Customers, where we contact them with relevant details after their order is placed. You can pay using your own online banking services or in a local branch. No order will be sent until payment is effected.
Can I be assured my Credit Card purchase is secure from fraud?
Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure our customer’s delivery details and personal information remains confidential.
Additionally, all Credit Card information is processed directly by our Merchant Account Provider (PayPal) using an SSL connection. This means that as a merchant, at no stage can we view or access your Credit Card information.
Consumer protection laws protect you against any unauthorised use of your Credit Card. If you suspect any illegal use of your card, call your issuing bank immediately to make sure your rights are protected.
For more information, please see our Privacy Policy. Please also refer to our Tips for Responsible Online Shopping below.
Can I Send you a Cheque for my Order?
Sorry, FunkyCoverz does not accept cheques.
Does GST Apply to My Purchases?
All prices are displayed in $AUD and are inclusive of 10% GST. A tax invoice will be emailed with your order confirmation.
What sort of discounts are available?
- Funk-eList subscribers receive a discount code with their first order, entitling them to 10% discount off every future purchase.
- Bulk and Wholesale enquiries are welcome. Volume discounts are available.
I'm a reseller, how do I order?

Tips for Responsible Online Shopping
|
Excerpts taken from Dept of Fair Trading website
You can take a number of simple steps to ensure you protect yourself and your computer from potential fraud, especially when shopping online.
Virus and Internet Warning:
• Always keep your anti-Virus, anti-Spam and Firewall softwares up-to-date.
• Always protect your passwords and log-on IDs.
• Change them frequently, never using passwords that could be easily guessed or identified, or that are closely associated with you.
• Never provide these details in, or in response to, an email. Many scams are currently being received via fraudulent emails. No financial institution etc will request this information via email, or request you to log into your account via a link in an email.
Pay Securely:
• Be very careful to protect your Credit Card at all times. Check Bank and Credit Card statements carefully, and report any anomalies immediately.
• Never provide credit card details online unless it’s a secure encrypted transaction. Your browser will display a padlock or a solid key in the status bar at the bottom of the window to indicate you’re on a secure page. The address in the address box should begin with https:// instead of the usual http://.
• Don’t provide financial information not required for the sale.
Check Privacy Policies:
• How will your personal details be used? Only provide personal information if satisfied.
Check the Contract:
• Are the terms and conditions ok? Are the delivery details ok? Can you return goods if they are faulty?
Confirm your Order and Keep Record:
• You should be given the chance to confirm or amend your order before inputting payment details.
• Print out or save your order. Take note of any reference numbers provided.
• Request a tax invoice.
• Check credit card statements against orders/tax invoices and report any discrepancies immediately.
