FunkyCoverz strictly adheres to the Privacy Act 1988 and its National Privacy Principles. Except as required by law, FunkyCoverz will not give out personal user data or information to any third party.
What personal information do you gather?
FunkyCoverz values your trust in our web site. We do not collect personally identifiable information except when our customers specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis via one of our site opt ins, surveys, or via email.
We will only use that information for the purpose you intended, and in all cases, your information will be held in strict confidence.
When you contact us via our website or send us an email, we retain the email address, the email content and our response in order to handle any follow-up questions you may have.
"Opting in" for Email Correspondence
Those who communicate with us via our website can also "opt-in" to our monthly newsletter, "Funk-eList".
How do I "Opt-Out"?
If at any stage, you wish to unsubscribe from our email newsletter, please let us know by either replying to the most recent newsletter received, or by using our online contact form, with "Remove Me from Funk-eList" in the comments field. We will process any such request promptly and confirm via email.

Legals in Accordance with Competition and Consumer Act 2010
Placing an order in our system constitutes a legal contract of sale.
By placing an order (irrespective of payment choice), you are agreeing to, and are bound by, the following terms and conditions:
1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in Queensland, Australia and nationally, and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
2. To the extent permitted by law, FunkyCoverz is not liable for any unforeseeable, indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages or loss of profits whatsoever which result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access, this website.
3. To the extent permitted by law, FunkyCoverz is not liable for any unforeseeable, indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages or loss arising out of the use of or connected with the site or for any products purchased from the site. This is not excluding your rights as a consumer.
4. FunkyCoverz reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time.
Products and Information
Each item sold is done so according to the product description that appears on the website.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are correct and all information contained on this site is accurate and up to date, FunkyCoverz does not guarantee that this site is free from errors or omissions. We reserve the right to change information published on this site at any time.

Pricing and Payment
All prices stated are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless there is an error in the pricing listed (which we reserve the right to amend after sale), the price at the time of payment is fixed for a particular order.
Should an item be out of stock, or avaiable as pre-order only, we reserve the right to update our pricing, when or if, price changes are received from our suppliers between the order date/time and receival of your goods. This would be in extreme cases only and we will try to absorb the price change if possible.
Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Account (PayPal Account holders) or Direct Deposit (details provided to customer after order request received). Please don't be offended by our not accepting Bank Cheques, Personal Cheques or Money Orders.
Credit Card Policy
FunkyCoverz accepts Visa and MasterCard via payment through PayPal (PayPal account not necessary). By using a Credit Card for your purchase, you assert and represent that you are the authorised cardholder of the card, bound by the Terms and Conditions of the card issuer, with full authority to create a binding contract for the sale. All credit card payments are subject to online authorisation. If credit card authorisation is declined, FunkyCoverz can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery.
Cheques, Money Orders and Ordering
Sorry,FunkyCoverz does not accept cheques or money orders. FunkyCoverz cannot accept orders by post, email or fax. All orders must be placed via our website (or by phone on a case by case basis). We apologise for any inconvenience.
Orders can not be picked up. We are an online business only. We apologise for any inconvenience.
FunkyCoverz delivers to all parts of Australia, via Australia Post. We are therefore not responsible for the time it takes for the products to be delivered or the condition of the items upon arrival.
Upon request, we can also deliver outside Australia and the same terms & conditions would apply.
Please refer to our specific Delivery Policy for more information and with regards to delivery charges and further information.
First and foremost - please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. We can offer a refund, exchange or store credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, or they donīt do what they are supposed to do.
Our products are covered by each of the manufacturers' warranties.
To minimise inconvenience caused to our customers, where possible we check items prior to sending. However, if the product you receive is faulty, you can return it to us for a repair or replace.
If a replacement is not desired, then a refund can be provided, less the original actual postage costs.
(The decision to repair, replace or refund is in accordance with the updated Competition and Consumer Act 2010)
Conditions of Return
If you believe you have a faulty item for return, please contact us immediately for assistance. Returned items are not possible unless contact with us is first made.
1. For a return to be valid, returned items should be received within 14 days of contacting us, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The returns policy does not apply to damage caused by yourself or from delivery. (Note: Damage from delivery may be covered if you select Registered Mail - in accordance with Australia Post Terms & Conditions)
3. Return delivery charges are not covered by FunkyCoverz.
4. In the case of an exchange not being desired, any refund or store credit will be the original sale price less the original actual postage costs.
5. Where possible, try to return items in the original condition, with original packaging, including any enclosed documentation, unless reasonable time has passed (but still within the manufacturer's warranty timeframe).
Faulty Warehouse Items
A couple of our stock items come directly from warehouse. These items are still covered by manufacturer's warranty.
If it is received in a faulty condition, we will still organise return and replacement on your behalf. Return postage shall not be covered. Again, original and replacement freight/postage/handling will not be covered in the case of a refund.
If the product is not deemed faulty, then we reserve the right to recover our original and return postage costs.
How to Arrange a Return
If you believe you have a faulty item for return, please contact us immediately for assistance and resolution.
When returning the item, for peace of mind, we suggest that you return your item via Registered Mail or Express Post so that it is trackable.
Incorrect Orders or Change of Mind
Please take care when ordering. No refunds are required to be given for change of mind, where incorrect items are ordered by yourself or if you find a cheaper item elsewhere.
However in certain circumstances, as a sign of good will, we may agree to an exchange or store credit, less the original actual postage costs.
This will be at our discretion - and on a case by case basis. Refunds for change of mind are not required by law.
If a return on this basis is agreed to by us, the item should be in the original condition as received, with all original packaging intact, including any enclosed documentation so that the item is re-saleable. Return delivery costs also not covered.
Contact us if you have any questions, as our customers are important to us and we prefer to personally assist and consider resolutions on a case by case basis.
Note: On 1 January 2011 the Trade Practices Act 1974 was renamed the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. These Terms and Conditions were amended slightly on that date to reflect the updated terms.
