Pricing and Payment

All prices stated are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. Unless there is an error in the pricing listed (which we reserve the right to amend after sale), the price at the time of payment is fixed for a particular order.

Should an item be out of stock, or avaiable as pre-order only, we reserve the right to update our pricing, when or if, price changes are received from our suppliers between the order date/time and receival of your goods. This would be in extreme cases only and we will try to absorb the price change if possible.

Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Account (PayPal Account holders) or Direct Deposit (details provided to customer after order request received).

Credit Card Policy

FunkyCoverz accepts Visa and MasterCard via payment through PayPal (PayPal account not necessary). By using a Credit Card for your purchase, you assert and represent that you are the authorised cardholder of the card, bound by the Terms and Conditions of the card issuer, with full authority to create a binding contract for the sale. All credit card payments are subject to online authorisation. If credit card authorisation is declined, FunkyCoverz can not be held responsible for any delay in delivery.

Cheques and Ordering

Sorry,FunkyCoverz does not accept cheques. FunkyCoverz cannot accept orders by post, email or fax. All orders must be placed via our website (or by phone on a case by case basis). We apologise for any inconvenience.

 

Delivery and Returns Policy

Delivery

Orders can not be collected. We are an online business only. Again, we apologise for any inconvenience.

FunkyCoverz delivers to all parts of Australia, via Australia Post. We are therefore not responsible for the time it takes for the products to be delivered or the condition of the items upon arrival.

Upon request, we can also deliver outside Australia and the same terms & conditions would apply.

Returns Policy

Our products are covered by the manufacturers' warranties. If the product you receive is faulty, you can return it to us for an exchange. However, to minimise inconvenience caused to our customers, we carefully check each item prior to sending.

A couple of our stock items come directly from warehouse. If you order one of these items, we shall let you know at time of dispatch. These items are still covered by manufacturer's warranty. If it is received in a faulty condition, we will arrange return and replacement on your behalf.

The returns policy does not apply to damage from delivery or normal wear and tear from use.

If you believe you have a faulty item for return, please contact us immediately for resolution and assistance.

Incorrect Orders or Change of Mind

Please take care when ordering. No refunds are available for change of mind or where incorrect items are ordered.

In certain circumstances, we may agree to a return, in which case, store credit would be extended, less a handling and restocking fee. If a return on this basis is agreed to, the item would need to be in same condition as received (ie brand new), with all original packaging intact and available for return. We also would not cover delivery costs associated with such a return.
