We can deliver to many locations. If you're not based in Australia or New Zealand, simply contact us before ordering and we'll provide you with more information.
Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide
Normal Parcel Post: Australia Post estimates between 1-3 days for intrastate (within same state) and 2-6 days for interstate locations, commencing next business day to when it was lodged.
Registered Mail: as above
Express Post: Refer to Australia Post website for delivery times and guarantees
Courier: Some items are required to be sent via courier direct from warehouse. No additional charges are applicable outside our normal charges (see below) if being sent within Australia. However, additional charges may be incurred to send overseas. Please check with us if you have any questions.
We deliver internationally
Our site is also set up to allow delivery to New Zealand. Details and associated charges are noted below.
As well, below are cost estimations for other countries and regions. Contact us before placing an order so we can provide further details. Also contact us if your country is not listed and we will quote you delivery fees.
We cannot offer a pickup service
We are an online business only and as such no pick-ups are available. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Delivery Terms
Please carefully select the appropriate postage to cover your order - and piece of mind. Whilst we have, to date, had no deliveries go missing through Australia Post, please note below the terms you agree to by selecting the postage you do.
If non-delivered:
Normal parcel post: Australia Post provides no insurance. No reimbursement possible. Tracking not usually available.
Express post: Trackable, however no insurance provided. Reimbursement of postage fees only. Receipt with Express tracking number as proof of delivery.
Registered mail: Trackable, insurance coverage up to $AU100 included (higher amount available incurs a further fee).
Out of Stock items:
If for any reason the item you order is out of stock, we shall contact you immediately to advise you of your options, or any associated delay in dispatching your order. We will let you know your available options at that time.

Charges for National/Domestic Delivery
(Postage charges for wholesale quotes and supply will differ from retail charges listed)
There are three options available at checkout - Australia Post (normal parcel post), Express Post, Registered Mail.
Australia Post (normal parcel post) $AU6.00 will be added to the total cost of your order, to cover packaging, postage and handling for all items sent within Australia via Australia Post Parcel Post. This is relevant for orders up to $AU60.00. Delivery fees are not charged for orders over $AU60.00. **
Express Post $AU9.00 will be added to the total cost of your order, to cover packaging, postage and handling for items requested to be sent within Australia via Express Post. This is relevant for orders up to $AU60.00. Delivery fees for orders over $AU60.00 are reduced to $AU5.00 ** for domestic postage. Why select Express Post?
Registered Mail $AU9.50 will be added to the total cost of your order, to cover packaging, postage and handling for items requested to be sent within Australia via Registered Mail. This is relevant for orders up to $AU60.00. Delivery fees for orders over $AU60.00 are reduced to $AU6.00 ** for domestic postage. Why select Registered Mail?
Some items are couriered directly from our warehouse suppliers, however we cover this cost. There is no additional cost to yourself.
** Delivery costs for Wholesale and Bulk orders are quoted separately. Price above includes packages up to 250gms (or 500gms for Express Post).

International Orders
Contact us before placing order
If you wish to have something sent outside Australia, then Registered Post is the standard. This is so that tracking is included on your item. Unfortunately, we have to pass on the Australia Post charges and would advise on an individual basis.
New Zealand
$AU19 The system is currently set up to accept orders from New Zealand, with Registered Mail currently $AU19 (increased July 2011 in line with Australia Posts increases and subject to change if further Australia Post charges increase). This is for items up to 250gms.
Other International Destinations
Some other price estimates for Registered International Airmail (up to 250gms) (convert to lbs) are listed below. Most single items are under this weight but we would need to confirm for you once you advise what you wish to order. Esimates include Australia Post Registered International Mail charges, packaging and handling.
Canada: $AU25.00
South Pacific: $AU11-21.00 depending on location
United States: $AU25.00
United Kingdom: $AU29.00
Europe: $AU29.00
Again, these are estimates only. We would need to provide confirmed prices and further details prior to any international order being placed. If you are from a country that is not listed in the examples above, please contact us and we can obtain a postage quote for you.
Gifts
When you order something as a Gift from us, we are happy to send it to you, or directly to the recipient. Just let us know at checkout.
Gift Vouchers
Purchase and redemption of Gift Vouchers are charged only once. That is for handling and delivery of both the gift voucher and the gift (charged at the time of purchase of the gift voucher). No additional delivery fee is charged when the recipient is redeeming products with the gift voucher. The price of delivery is in accordance with the option selected, refer pricing structures above.
Free Delivery for National/Domestic Orders
As a huge thank you, we shall send your Australian order Free of Charge when your order totals $AU60.00 or more (before postage costs). This offer does not extend to wholesale orders.
