The iPad. With a revolutionary 9.7 inch touch screen and amazing new apps, it does things no tablet PC, netbook, or e-reader could.
Apple announced the launch of the iPad in January and it arrived on our shores on Friday 28 May. Many pre-orders are still to be filled (in order of first in first served basis), so Apple fans were forced to queue up outside Australian Apple retail stores overnight to try and get their hands on the new iPad.
